GRI was founded with a commitment to independence – since we aren’t owned by a larger staffing or payrolling company, we aren’t required to make business decisions that protect a parent company’s position and increase their market share. We’re free to investigate all channels for talent for every client – talent clouds, SOW, independent contractors, and traditional staffing suppliers.

Our experience and status as the industry’s largest independent MSP have helped us mature into dynamic, strategic account management, moving away from merely using tactics that only retain the status quo. We operate with one goal: to create the most effective, efficient extended workforce management programs for our clients. We’ve evolved beyond the traditional MSP and now offer a full suite of extended workforce solutions including MSP, SOW, payrolling, and 1099 compliance.
