DETROIT, September 18, 2018 — Jill Parrino has been named Chief Operating Officer at GRI, now leading the company’s expanded efforts to provide a range of programs that will better-serve clients and offer an expanded set of strategic solutions. A veteran of the non-employee labor industry, she spent the past four years as GRI’s Vice President of Solutions and Innovation, leading her team to generate an entire slate of solutions, services, training tools, and best practices that bolstered the company’s position as an industry leader.
“After spearheading the development of GRI’s innovative solutions, this is an incredible opportunity to shift my focus to further implement those, bringing greater strategic planning opportunities and overall program value to our clients,” Jill said. In this new role, all operations employees including client relationship management, service delivery, implementation, solutions and innovation/best practices, and a new operations division — mid-market strategy — will be under her purview.
The decision for Jill to lead the charge was an easy one, according to CEO Art Knapp. He and Jill have worked together for nearly two decades. “Our long-term professional tenure together cemented my belief that she brings exactly the experience and insight we need right now to advance our offerings in ways that will allow GRI to provide programs and solutions that best-serve our clients and secure our position as their trusted advisor. Her promotion is also clear evidence of our commitment to strengthening our leadership team across all departments,” he said. Jill joins the expanded GRI executive team that includes Salema Rice, Chief Data Officer; Todd Hauser, Chief Financial Officer; Mary Tucker, Chief Human Resources Officer; and David Cooper, Chief Commercial Officer; and Andrew Preston, CEO in the UK and COO of AMEA/APAC.
