DETROIT, May 22, 2017 – Geometric Results, Inc. (GRI) has again been named to HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings for MSP. This is the third consecutive year the company has been recognized as one of the best managed service providers (MSP), and only the third year the company has participated. GRI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MSX International, grew out of the 2014 merger of the MSP departments of MSXI and IQNavigator.
The annual awards are determined from customer satisfaction surveys that broach quality of service, breadth of service, and size of deal. HRO Today invited 25 MSPs, then received surveys from nearly 360 of their customers and verified more than 175 buyers responses from more than 150 companies. All surveys are summited to HRO Today; participating MSPs are not privy to any surveys and only see final results. “GRI is honored to remain among the industry’s top MSP providers again this year,” said company president Art Knapp. “We value the commitment of and positive feedback from our clients – they are the driving force in everything we do.”
